Leesa Lacey has been in the behavioral health field for 15 years, previously she was the CEO of Key Concepts where she developed corporate training programs. She developed a stress management program entitled “Brain Training 101”, traveled and trained many fortune 500 companies including Southwest Airlines.

She is currently the founder and CEO of Concepts Integrated Behavioral Health in Oklahoma City. Concepts began as a small counseling agency and has grown into a multi-million dollar company with clinicians across the state of Oklahoma.

Concepts was designed to think outside the box and use creativity to develop individualized behavioral health treatment.

Leesa is contracted with the Department of Human Services, and OHCA to do children and adult psychological evaluations, that include Neuro-Developmental screening.

She works extensively with children, adolescents, and their families, to educate and learn to succeed with ADHD/ADD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Oppositional Defiant Disorders.

Leesa enjoys fundraising for non-profits, getting off the beaten path to ocean and white water kayak. She has one daughter in college, lives with her two dogs, Elle and Toby the adorable chocolate lab that is in training to be a therapy dog for Concepts.
